You are curious – this is the motor for development.
That is why I am happy to describe how systemic consultants work:
After a preliminary discussion, we analyse the situation in order to find the right approach for you.
1) Initial contact – In order for a strong counselling system to develop, we want to achieve the necessary commitment at the following levels during this contact phase:
– Personal level: interpersonal trust
– Technical and professional level: consistency of skills
– Structural level: fit between the counsellor and the client system
2) System analysis – Forming and planning hypotheses:
When, where and how should the intervention take place? What does success look like? Have the assignment, resources, goals and feedback been concretised? Are the roles of those involved clear? Develop the intervention architecture and conclude a contract.
3) Working phase – coming together, mediating, advising, acquiring knowledge, recognising and setting goals.
4) Implementation phase – develop skills: Action with accompanied feedback, daily availability in case of queries and individual support, also on site.
5) Final control & development – project control, exchanging experiences and checking goals achieved.
