„We humans show an astonishing willingness to invest in war.
However, we assume that peace should come for free, or that only the opposing side should bear its cost.

… Letting go, not holding on, maybe is what is needed—a skill that life often teaches us despite our persistent reluctance.“. Ed Watzke

The aim is… to get the dialogue between the conflicting parties back on track. Unlike in other procedures, in mediation you remain the experts in your conflict. You are responsible for determining the content to be discussed.

A mutually beneficial solution can be achieved in the long term if the parties to the conflict are able to engage in an appreciative dialogue. In the mediation process, all parties are equally supported by the mediator and they negotiate on the basis of their interests. Mediation is necessary when disputing parties are no longer able to negotiate their issues and find solutions themselves without outside help.

Through my accompanying „translation services“ in mediation, I endeavour to ensure that the parties can express themselves at the appropriate point in the procedure and understand each other again.

Our goal is… To promote communication, knowledge and skills so that the conflicting parties can develop sustainable solutions to their conflicts now and in the future. This is why mediation can help you resolve your conflict in the first instance. At Conmediare, however, you can also find the right conflict solution for you in a coaching or training programme.

Your Benefits…  Mediation can help you save costs and maintain or even expand valuable relationships.
